Prices, payment and confirmation
Prices are displayed according to information available at the time of consultation. A booking may require online payment, a deposit or on-site confirmation.

Cancellation, delay and change
Any offer may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If we receive your request by then, all amounts already paid are refunded in full, even if the organiser has incurred costs. The start is the date and time shown on your booking (Dakar time); if no time is specified, midnight (00:00) applies. Request cancellation from your booking or contact us with your reference. The booking remains active until our team confirms cancellation; refunds are processed manually to the original payment method where possible. After the deadline, contact us: a full refund is not guaranteed. Date changes depend on availability.

Weather and safety
An activity may be adapted, postponed or canceled if weather, safety, equipment availability or local instructions require it.
