Bandia Safari, Lion Ranch & Somone Lagoon – full-day trip from Dakar

Leave Dakar every Friday for a full-day itinerary combining three outstanding experiences on Senegal’s Petite Côte: a safari in Bandia Reserve, the Lion Ranch experience and Somone Lagoon. Round-trip transport is provided in an air-conditioned vehicle, making the route comfortable and coordinated from departure until the return to Dakar.

At Bandia, board a 4x4 safari vehicle with a professional guide and explore the reserve’s tracks. The visit reveals savannah scenery and, depending on the animals’ natural movements, a variety of wildlife present on the day. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed and always depend on natural conditions.

The programme continues with access to the Lion Ranch experience. It is included in this package but remains subject to opening times, safety rules, availability and the site operator’s decisions. All staff instructions must be followed. Lunch is then provided, with a choice from the available menu options, before travelling onward to Somone.

At Somone Lagoon, enjoy a peaceful natural setting of water, mangroves, birdlife and coastal scenery. A traditional pirogue ride rounds off the day whenever weather, water levels and operating conditions allow. This excursion brings adventure, nature and discovery together in one carefully organised day. The Friday shared-departure promotional rate is 84,000 XOF per person instead of 95,000 XOF.
